Peter began his career as a Refrigeration Mechanic, working on transport refrigeration systems before moving into commercial air-conditioning. After more than a decade in the industry, he broadened his trade qualifications by completing a second apprenticeship as a Fitter and Turner in 2012. His first role in this trade involved maintaining bottling line equipment for Wolf Blass Wineries.

In 2019, Peter relocated with his family to Albury, NSW, where he transitioned from industry into vocational education, combining his trade expertise with a passion for teaching. After obtaining his Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, he began delivering mechanical trade training at the Army School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.

In 2025, Peter further strengthened his teaching capabilities by completing an Associate Degree in Adult and Vocational Education.

Peter is passionate about problem-solving and the satisfaction that comes from understanding how things work. He finds great reward in the “eureka” moment when a tricky electrical or mechanical fault is found and fixed. 

 Anthony is currently the Coordinator of Religious
Education courses at Campion College Australia.

From 2017-2022, he
was Director of Catholic Education, Diocese of Wilcannia-Forbes. Prior to
this, Anthony has fulfilled leadership roles in Catholic education as Learning Leader:
Mission and Catholic Education, Diocese of Parramatta; and as Archdiocesan Youth
Ministry Coordinator: Faith Formation and Evangelisation Advisor,  for Sydney
Catholic Schools.

He has also worked as a Senior Lecturer in Philosophy and
Theology and a Chaplaincy Convenor at the University of Notre Dame Australia.

Anthony also has experience in Catholic schooling as a classroom teacher and
Religious Education Coordinator in the Diocese of Parramatta. Anthony studied
Catholic Philosophy and Theology at the Centre for Thomistic Studies, Sydney. He
lives in Jindera with his wife and five children.

Luke completed his Masters in Catholic Leadership through Franciscan University of Steubenville in 2021 after 17 years in Catholic Education, including 3 years as Principal.

After leaving school at 16 and completing a Baking Apprenticeship, he was later drawn towards education through a desire to help form young people's lives.

As a husband and father, providing for his young family while studying, he quickly became self-sufficient and skilled in DIY home projects,  culminating in the relocation and complete renovation of a Californian Bungalow from the Melbourne  suburbs to the Victorian countryside.

Having stepped out of the education sector 4 years ago, he now runs a successful Landscape Gardening business.

Growing up on multiple rural properties in the Riverina, Luke has a love of the bush and was brought up with the values of hard work and resilience. Luke has a passion for educating and forming young men, helping them view both work and contemplation as integral to becoming fully integrated human beings.
